Sagis is committed to protecting the privacy of customers, visitors and enquirers. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how and on what basis we use it, how long we keep it and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. What data do we collect?

We only collect personal data that you provide voluntarily:

name;
email address;
your telephone number, if you provide one;
the content of the message or request.

We may also collect technical data that is collected automatically:

IP address;
the type of browser you use;
the date, time and duration of the visit.

2. How do we use your data?

We use your data to:

respond to your queries and messages;
provide information about our services;
help you choose the most appropriate time or care service;
managing correspondence or cooperation;
ensure the operation, security and improvement of the website.

We do not use your data for direct marketing without your explicit consent.

3. Cookies and technical information

The website may use essential cookies that are necessary for the functioning, security and user experience of the website. Statistical or third-party solutions may also be used if they are integrated on the website.

We use Complianz to manage consent. It stores your consent choice, its date and a truncated IP address in the website database. You can change or withdraw consent using the Cookie settings button at the bottom of the page.

LiteSpeed Cache and Hostinger CDN help the website load faster. They temporarily store copies of pages and files and process technical data needed to serve requests. Fonts are served from the sagis.lt server.

The „Smush“ plugin can be used to optimise images. During optimisation, images may be transferred to WPMU DEV’s servers for technical processing; EXIF data may be removed or restored, but is not stored on WPMU DEV’s servers.

The website uses Google Maps, Instagram, Trustindex reviews and the Treatwell booking system. When external content loads, its provider receives technical data needed to serve the request. Non-essential embeds are enabled according to your consent. Bookings you choose to make take place in Treatwell under its privacy policy.

With your consent to statistics, Google Analytics 4 measures page views, phone and email clicks, successful contact form submissions, and booking starts and engagement. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and message content are not included in these analytics events. Time spent on the booking page does not mean a confirmed booking.

The website uses advanced Google Consent Mode: if you decline analytics cookies, Google may still receive technical signals without those cookies. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses, but processes them when receiving network requests. User-level and event-level data retention is set to 2 months; this period does not apply to aggregated standard reports.

Sentry helps detect technical website errors. Browser error monitoring starts only with your consent to statistics; server errors are recorded to support website operation and security. Error reports exclude contact form fields, passwords, cookies and IP addresses. Sessions are not recorded. Errors are sent to Sentry's EU region. Better Stack checks website availability externally, without installing visitor tracking.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the following grounds:

with your consent;
the performance of the contract or the conduct leading up to the conclusion of the contract;
legitimate interest where it is necessary to respond to requests, administer communications or ensure the security of the website.

5. Data retention period

We keep your data for no longer than is necessary to achieve the stated purposes:

Correspondence and query data - up to 6 months after the last communication;
in the case of cooperation or the provision of services, until the expiry of the period laid down by law or for as long as is necessary for the administration of the services.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

receive information about the processing of your data;
request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
request the deletion of your data;
request restriction of processing;
to object to processing on the grounds of legitimate interest;
transfer the data to another controller, where applicable;
lodge a complaint with the National Data Protection Inspectorate.

7. Data transmission

Your data is not passed on to third parties without any legal basis, unless:

necessary to provide the service;
required by law;
the use of certain technical or external website solutions necessary for the operation of the website.

8. Changes to the Privacy Policy

The latest version of this Privacy Policy is always available on the website sagis.lt. In the event of material changes, the policy may be updated without notice and we recommend that you review it periodically.
